Dr. Eric McEntire graduated from Life Chiropractic College West in Hayward, California. Concurrently, he was in the first graduating class of the That Something Coaching Program in Dublin, California, a year-long course of study in Knee-Chest Solid Headpiece Toggle Recoil Upper Cervical Specific Technique.
In 2008, Dr. McEntire moved back to the Salt Lake Valley in Utah, where he was raised, and began The Specific Chiropractic Center in Draper, Utah.
While Dr. McEntire earned his Doctor of Chiropractic status from Life Chiropractic College West in Hayward, California, he compiled extensive clinical experience by successfully managing complex cases during his internship at the school’s Health Center. This is also where he provided excellent care to more than half of the pediatric patients seen by the entire Life West Health Center at that time. He also successfully completed a preceptor program at the Institute for Advanced Care in Chiropractic in Hayward, California, where he witnessed amazing transitions in the lives chiropractic patients.
Dr. McEntire also served the people of El Salvador as part of the El Salvador Outreach Program of Life Chiropractic College West. While there, he adjusted hundreds of Salvadorians from all different age groups and illnesses in order to help them achieve a higher state of health.
Dr. McEntire holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Behavioral Science and Health from the University of Utah. While there, he was active in the school government earning the Most Outstanding Senator Award in 2001, and upon graduation achieved the prestigious status of Service Learning Scholar by providing over 600 hours of community service to the Salt Lake community. He created an activity program for cancer patients at the Huntsman Cancer Institute to keep the patients’ minds off pain, depression, and nausea.
